One whiff of this beautiful floral fragrance blend and I knew that I had to use it in a soap recipe! Violet, gardenia, jasmine with fresh grapefruit and vanilla bean is perfect for Spring!
I wasn’t sure what to name it, so I invited my Instagram followers to come up with suggestions. I loved every single name they came up with and was thrilled to find out just how clever they are when it comes to naming soap. I will definitely ask again.
The name Cosmic Flowers was suggested by a woman who got her inspiration from NASA photographs that captured an exploded star which blooms like a ‘cosmic flower’.
I am beyond flatted that she thinks my swirled soap is pretty enough to be compared with one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen and also thankful because I knew nothing about this phenomenon and now I’ve read absolutely everything I can find about it. Space is so cool!
